The Eyes Have It

Love this pic my daughter took recently of her little black cat, Tres. If you remember, Tres used to be a boy kitty, until I took him to the vet to be neutered and found out he was really a she. You can read the whole sordid story here.

This is an amazing photograph...your daughter share your talent. Like I always say, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Kara

We had that happen, except our she was a he. Then we had him neutered. So I guess it all kind of "even-ed out."

We had the opposite happen. My Anna adopted a kitten from the barn where my Elise took English riding lessons. When we took Fluffy Dianna to be spayed we asked if she was old enough for the surgery-- the vet was rather puzzled and said, Well HE is just the right age to be neutered!!! Anna cried her eyes out because she knew we didn't intend to adopt a male. She asked if we could keep him still. I said, "Yes, but I think we ought to drop the Dianna part of the name." So that is how we ended up with a giant Tomcat named "Fluffy"!!
